Riley turns 3!

Today at 11:45 a.m. Riley turned three years old! I am going to be one of those moms who says that time flies way too fast. I feel like I say it all the time, but it does! We celebrated yesterday with a "bounce" party at Jump Zone. She asked for this party and has been so excited for weeks. When we mailed the invitations, she would ask, "Where are all my kids?" She didn't understand it was a few weeks away. She told me all she wanted from Santa was her birthday party with all her kids. No presents!

Riley ready to go in her #3 shirt.

Loving it!

Endsley sporting a cupcake for her big sis!

They had stuff for the little bitty ones to play on

Nanny and Paw Paw made it to the party

Endsley wasn't hurting for any attention

She went for a slide down the fire truck and loved it. The smile on her face was hilarious! Gigi with Endsley

A group shot. We are missing a few. It's hard to get twenty kids to sit still!

Endsley and Henry getting in on the action

Her awesome Barney cake from The Sweet Life. It was seriously delicious.

Everyone singing happy birthday. She was eating it up! Look at that face!

Dawson almost got to the candles before Riley!

With all her little helpers opening gifts And she's done! Poor CeCe wanted a pic with the B-day girl so bad. This is what she got!

The actual birthday! We spent the day going to church, lunch with family, decorating the house with lights, back to church and then more cake! We put candles in the leftover cake and sang happy birthday.

I don't know why but I am emotional over this birthday. One and two didn't bother me. I guess it was because she was still such a baby. She is a little girl now and that makes me sad. Just yesterday she was a baby and now she runs around singing "All the single lits (ladies)" and "Party in the USA". Oh me! Happy birthday, baby! I hope your bounce party was everything you wished for! I love you SO much. I don't know what I ever did without you!

6 months

Endsley is now 6 months and 5 days old. We are half way to eating cake at her 1st birthday party! This is all going by way too fast. I felt like Riley had been around for a long time at this point in her life. Not so much with this one. She still feels very new to me. At her doctor visit she weighed a whopping 14 pounds 14 ounces! She's a little peanut. She received one vaccine. I am choosing to space them out. Although, the four of went back the next day and got the h1n1 vaccine. I was totally against this and after hearing several horror stories about people from here I went with it. Hopefully we won't grow a sixth toe or anything:) Here is our sweet girl sitting up. She sits unassisted for a few minutes and will then topple over.

She has also found her feet. She loves sucking on those toes!

Her personality continues to grow. She found her voice last month, but is really putting those vocal cords to work now. Riley has her moments with her. If Endsley is getting too much attention the jealous side come out. Sometimes for no reason at all she will make her cry and when I ask her why she is crying she will say, "I hurt her, I mash her." Several spankings and time out have been required lately. She calls her "sis" "sister" "sweetheart" "precious" and I can't remember what else. At the moment she is showing her how to fold the socks that I need to be folding! Love you sweet girl!
